Phoenix Payroll

With Phoenix Payroll Desktop Edition, you can harness your computer’s speed, accuracy and ability to process your payroll in a timely manner and easily generate reports.

SaaS Cloud Solution

Phoenix Cloud-Based Payroll/HR Solution offers the same features as the desktop edition coupled with the added benefits of a cloud based model.

What is SaaS?

SaaS applications are sometimes called Web-based software or hosted software. SaaS applications run on a SaaS provider’s servers. In this web-based model, the provider hosts and maintains the servers, databases, and the code that make up an application. The provider also manages access to the application, including security, availability, and performance.

Employee Portal

The Phoenix Employee Portal extends the application’s scope to all employees of the subscribing company.

It allows employees to have quick and easy access to HR-related transactions and services (e.g. Leave, Time-Off, Job Letter Requests, Pay Slip Provision) that HR personnel would otherwise have to provide. This can reduce HR's work load and free up time for more strategic pursuits, with realized cost savings in time and efficiency.

Maintenance and Support

Support services include maintenance of Phoenix Applications, installation of product updates and performance upgrades.

When you have a question or a problem with your Payroll/HR system, upon contact, a member of the team will promptly reach out to assist you.

NB: If further software customization is anticipated, a separate application service will need to be published, maintained and supported.

Data security and integrity you can trust

Multiple measures are taken to ensure that data stored is locked down. Phoenix employs the use of many layers of security to ensure your data is safe. This includes Industry Standard Encryption on the data level and Access Controls on the application level.

Encryption in Transit - Connection between users and Phoenix Solution is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL (HTTPS). If the URL is entered without encryption (HTTP), the connection will be automatically switched over to SSL using a redirect before responding.
Encryption at Rest - Data stored in databases and backups are encrypted at rest. This Encryption at Rest uses the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm to encrypt data on the server that hosts your data. This ensures that the content on our servers is only accessible in our controlled systems environment using locking keys.
Access Controls - Two factor authentication, strong password policies and automated account lockout are employed.
Backups - Backup snapshots are taken daily, and weekly to ensure data protection and integrity

Data Privacy

Phoenix Software will not sell, share, or trade any customer data. Access to customer data is restricted to individuals who require that information to fulfill their job duties. Employees are subject to background checks before hiring.
